Healthy Vision Tea

Healthy Vision Tea

Traditional Chinese medicine can strengthen eye health in many ways. One way to help your vision is to make a tea with the classic combo of chrysanthemum flowers and goji berries.

Combine roughly 1 tablespoon dried chrysanthemum flowers and 1 tablespoon dried goji berries.

Add 8-10 ounces of hot water, cover, and steep for at least 10 minutes.

Strain (it’s good to eat the goji berries) and drink daily for eye support.

Goji berries are high in xeaxanthin, carotenoids, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and other antioxidants, and chrysanthemum is cooling, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial.

Be cautious if you have an allergy to ragweed or other flowers.
