Free Virtual Collective Grief Circle Soundbath
The past few years have brought so many losses, big and small, and the future seems uncertain.
It's easy to become frozen, numb, and overwhelmed trying to avoid anxiety and grief.
It can help to share your worries and take time to get grounded. I'm offering a free virtual Collective Grief Circle to tend to our emotional health, nurture community, and cultivate the embodied calm needed to create positive change.
The informal zoom gathering will be this Tuesday October 25, from 8:30 to 9:30 pm EST, with some gentle self-care practices and a restful soundbath guided meditation.
