Acupuncture Soothes Singer Lizzo's Anxiety

Acupuncture Soothes Singer Lizzo's Anxiety

It’s great to see singer Lizzo tell the NY Times how much she appreciates acupuncture! "I love massage and acupuncture....I get cups....My acupuncturist lives in Minneapolis....I used to get really bad anxiety, and I would get tingling in my hands. I was like, 'I'm going to die!' She would say, 'No, you're just anxious.' She put needles in there, and the tingling was gone. It worked." She even made a video of herself getting acupuncture for insomnia and pain relief.

Anxiety is one of my favorite conditions to treat--acupuncture and sound therapy make such a difference in restoring ease and joy. As Lizzo sings in her hit “Good As Hell,” you deserve to feel good!
